The purpose of the conference is to establish international contacts for the subsequent involvement of world experts in cooperation with Russian scientists in the field of geometry and topology, dynamical systems, as well as other related areas of mathematics.

The conference involves Russian and Chinese experts working in integrable systems and geometry. Most of Chinese participants are famous mathematicians from the best Chinese Universities: the Tsinghua University, the Peking University and University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei.
